According to me, Property is Long term investment and huge investment. Any time is good to buy the property as in long run the prices are bound to appriciate from the level that one buys. Just look for ideal location, plan, price for you and jump in. If the prices still go down dont worry, no one will be able to change the ration of Land to Water on this earth :). So the equation is No Change in Land Area, Continuous increase in population and hence rise in prices.
ReplyDeletePune real estate has not corrected after the global meltdown, so ideally one should wait for at least 12 months and then think of taking a position in Pune real estate. Also, one should look for a ready possession only, no point in booking in new launched deals because you don't know when it will complete and you get possession.
