Change road design to save the trees as was done while widening the J M Rd

Builders are supposed to be the "Enemy of the Environment". Builders destroy the hill tops, encroach the river! PMC you too? ....Following a report in 'The Times of India' on the PMC's move to cut 1,300 trees in Baner, environmentalists and civic activists, including Vivek Velankar, of Sajag Nagrik Manch, Vinod Jain (Pune Tree Watch), Tasneem Balasinorwala (Kalpavriksha) and Rajesh Shende (Akhil Law College Parisar), filed written objections to the move.
