whenever I visit your blog, i feel i'm very very poor person. Sorry not blaming you. In fact I'm very thankful to you. As you me insight about the stark truth that how much strong I'm financially when it comes to purchase a house. Just imagine this. I wish to purchase 3 BHK flat which is costing 60 lacs. So i would need 20 lacs as my own contribution (of course White money). Remaining 40 lacs i will have to beg to bank. I'm wondering what should be my salary to get 40 lacs loan :)

You know? In 2003 - 4 young buyers even didn't have enough money to pay their own contribution - 4 - 5 lakhs! Only we know how managed!!
