1) PROFEST EAST 2011 on October 14, 15, & 16 at Hotel Hayaat Regency, Nagar Road and
2) PROFEST WEST 2011 on October 21, 22, & 23 at VITS Hotel at Balewadi, at the junction of Mumbai Bangalore Bypass & Baner Mahalunge Road.

Tips for Pune Real Estate Investors:
When you visit PROFEST EAST / WEST 2011, please, carry your cheque book with you. While giving check do not ask about the cancellation charges, whether the project has received all sanctions and approvals, APF number of the bank, expected delay in possession, compensation for delayed possession, third party quality assurance certificate for the construction, copy of the agreement, or even the name of the builder. Just hand over your check to the guy at the counter and go home.
