So, at the launch of any Kumar Properties' project, I learn a lot about the Pune property buyers. For example, yesterday, at the launch of Kumar Purab at Hadapsar, Pune 411 028, i learnt that Pune property buyers are desperate, dumb & defeated. That's why, Kumar Properties was confident that Pune property buyers would pay Rs. 50.94 - 55.19 Lakh for a 2 BHK & Rs. 67.36 - 71.13 Lakh for a 3 BHK Flat in 11 story A 1 Building of Kumar Purab which has only 1 staircase.
As per the current development rules of Pune Municipal Corporation, you know, 11 story building should have 2 staircases. So, in case of fire, residents can safely evacuate the 11 story building.
But, as per the salesperson, Kumar Purab was sanctioned long time back - when their was no rule of 2 staircases.
Now, though the rule is changed, we can understand why Pune Municipal Corporation allows Kumar Properties to construct as per the old sanctioned plan.
If you visit the site of Kumar Purab, you can understand why Kumar Properties is interested in constructing as per the old sanctioned plan.
But what about the Pune property buyers?
Today, why will a property buyer buy a flat in a building which doesn't have a second staircase? Why will he risk his family's life?
