HDFC Property Gallery - an exhibition of ready & almost ready for possession Pune properties - organised by HDFC Home Loans & HDFC Realty, was a big disappointment.
The smart HDFC executive didn't offer me any ready possession or almost ready for possession property.
The smart HDFC executive offered me 5 under construction projects. Except HUBTOWN Countrywoods on Katraj Kondhwa Road, all 4 were at Ambegaon. Amit's Astonia Royale, Shri Siddhivinayak Manaswi, Hemant Sunville & Sai Mystique.
"Is there any problem with these properties? Why are you promoting them?," I asked the smart HDFC executive.
"No problem with the properties. We are promoting HDFC Home Loan products & services of HDFC Realty," the smart HDFC executive said.
"Are there any special offers from you?," I asked.
"Yes! You can get .25 discount on interest rate on above 30 lakh HDFC home loan - instead of 10.5 - only 10.25!!," the smart HDFC executive said.
"Wow!," I said.
"Not only that! You know? If you book through HDFC Realty - in the next couple of weeks - for some projects - there are 'special offers' - No Registration Charges - No Registration Charges & Stamp Duty Charges!," the smart HDFC executive said.
"Don't tell me! Are these property rates negotiable?," I asked.
"Yes! I will help you in negotiations!!," the smart HDFC executive said.
"You are a big deal!," I said.
