Even though she was not in a bikini, I liked Sayali Bhagat, Femina Miss India World 2004. And, now, the brand ambassador of Atlantica East Keshavnagar (www.atlanticaeast.com). For a middle aged man like me - any young female in a skirt - is a sizzling hot babe. But, why were young boys & middle aged aunties dying for a photo opportunity with her?

The sample flat was okay. The bedrooms looked 11 x 11. Curious to know the carpet area, I went to the pandal. When I was looking around for a sales executive, Pankaj came forward and asked me, "Are you Ravi Karandeekar?"

"I read your blogs," said Pankaj and introduced his friend Vishal. Showing Vishal his photo with Sayali, I asked,"Are you a fan?"

"I am an IT professional. Live in Keshavnagar. Came to the site - saw her and said why not!," said Vishal.

"Atlantica East is planned for you! I am Abhay Kumar, Director of Reddvise Reality Advisors Pvt Ltd & Institute of Real Estate and Finance. I am one of the promoters of Atlantica East!," said a young man, joining us.

"Good to meet you! I was curious to meet the builder," I said.

"This generation of young property buyers can relate to Sayali Bhagat - like them - she is also from a small town - who has achieved success - on her own - plus - there are many features - in Atlantica East - which were not available to the last generation," said Mr. Abhay Kumar.

"Such as?," I asked.

"Service lift! Out of two - one is passenger & the other is service lift - for your furniture and big baggage," said Abhay Kumar.

"Have you got all sanctions & approvals?," I asked.

"Yes! All except N A Order," Abhay Kumar said.

"What is the point in launching the project - when you do not have permission to construct a building on this land?," I asked.

"Monsoon! Anyways - even if we had N A Order - we can't construct in rainy season - so why not launch and wait!," said Abhay Kumar.

"What an idea! Can I take your photo?," I asked.

"Yes! Please, join me!!," looking at Vishal & Pankaj, Abhay said.

What a day! I shot Mr India and Miss India on the same day, at the same place!
