  1. India needs strong jurisdiction to control all these malign treatment by builders who take law for granted and hence builders have muscle to do all these activities. Strong jurisdiction + fast redressal can prevent this. RERA is good in positive direction. More needs to be done. Something like this is unimaginable in US and builder would have been sued

  2. Darode-Jog does it again - fooling his flat buyers at another project.
    Serene County says Darode Jog promised lane, left them to suffer; latter says this is an inter-society dispute
