In short, it is recommended to buy ready for possession flat with clear title.
ReplyDeleteThis is indeed good, infact, in most developed countries, builder constructs first and then flats are sold.
If people start buying ready flats, atleast 80-90% problems can be avoided.
I am agree with you @TheMonk. Unless the completion certificate is not obtained by the builder he should not be allowed to enter the market.
