  1. Yeah so called economy flats. Smaller area and kind of stuck in the narrow corner of the project next to highway. Plus this project doesnt have a swimming pool and has a very small area for garden, gym and club house. I had checked it out when they launched it last year and did like the plans and the fittings in the demo flat at the time. And the posession of these new flats is Dec 2010.

  2. YEs, all smaller area flats are second and distastrous mistake by builders to attempt to pace up sales.

I read this very very apt comment somewhere. First, they tried to sell flats at more rate than market wants. Result: RE market fell flat on its face.

Now they changed plans and trying to sale flats at less area than market wants. Result: Disaster waiting to happen. This will be the mistake due to which RE companies will go bust soon.

  3. I have taken flat in pristine quality of construction is very low. Most of the amenities specified in advertisement are not up to the mark. Final finishing of building is very bad. If possible avoid taking any flat in building constructed by pristine properties.

  4. I took flat in pristine fontana at bavdhan and after lots of followup with them finally I took posession. But I am not satisfied with their way of work and flat they have provided as “Complete”. Quality of construction is very very poor; finishing of building interior as well as outer is worst, I can say that there is no finishing at all for anything. Still (Sept 2010) the builder (Padmavati Realtors) does not provided any amenities and god know when they will be even they don’t have any plans/provision of dates with them when you enquire to them. Chasing up their team for maintenance activities is a nightmare. Pristines/Padmavati Realtors are worst builders in Pune I ever seen. only for sake of maintanance they are maintaining the building. No one from builder side is caring about security, parking, facilities, house keeping, since all owners had already took posession and builder don’t have any outstanding payment towards owner, so why should they care now .... all money is in.
I insists everyone who is reading this blog – plz plz plz do not deal with pristine builder while purchasing new flat. Do not buy any flats in any of the pristine projects they are the worst; ……………….
