  1. I heard many negative things about quality of builders on Sinhgad road.
    Is there any impact on property market on Sinhgad road after nanded city?Is this a good rate on Sinhagad road? As it seems that location is too far. How will you rate them?
    Would n't u prefer Sun city or Nanded city as compared to this project.

  3. I am willing to buy a flat in ziggurat,vadgoan pune. Can u please tell me how is the builder and the building work. I have visited there site office where the ziggurat construction is going on I saw that the construction is very slow and taking time to complete. They told me that opposite to the ziggurat building they are going to start with the new construction with 2and half bhk and 2bhk flats and they are going to start their booking from diwali.
    I am working in UK and I dont know about the builder and his construction so I kindly request you to please suggest me.
    I would also like to know the good construction going on sinhgad road and vadgoan if possible
