DSK F D Holders, Don't get upset. Bail is a rule. Jail is an exception.
In this week, Special Judge S N Desai of MPID Court Pune granted bail not only to Ravindra Marathe, CEO & MD, but to other top officers of Bank of Maharashtra - Executive Director Rajendra Gupta, Zonal Manager Nityanand Deshpande, former CMD Sushil Muhnot.
Yes, this was disheartening.
But dear DSK F D Holders, don't get depressed.
It was just bail.
The special judge didn't pronounce the top officers of MahaBank 'Not Guilty'.
The Indian Judiciary System believes that bail is a rule and jail is an exception.
The Supreme Court of India, has recently urged all judges to show 'Humane Attitude' while dealing with an application for remanding a suspect or an accused person to police custody or judicial custody.
Of course, we have noticed that some unusual actions have taken place and as per law we have filed a complaint against it in Bombay High Court.
We are going to take actions against those politicians who are meddling with judiciary.
But the point is granting bail is not going to affect our case.
Our Special Public Prosecutor Advocate Pravin Chavan and Investigating Officer ACP Nilesh More are as motivated and as dedicated they were before.
So don't get too emotional about bail to MahaBank officials.
