    What is your recommendation about SARA city? Whether it is a good investment option? do you have feedback about SARA City builders / quality of the project etc?

    Hi meenakshi. i dont understand why you are interested in a project located so far from Pune city. I think you should opt for a project located near your office like kothrud, karve nagar, etc.
    its better to invest 40L in kothrud instead of 6.99L in kharabwadi if you are not able to enjoy the property. there are some good projects available in kothrud area and its vicinity like Pethkar Projects - Samrajya etc. Take care, Bye. A Well wisher

    I visited the property today... project may be old and started few years back; but to me it seems to be a decent investment.
