It is 70 lakhs because it's in Talegaon, Siddharth!
ReplyDeleteWe came across Vision Royalle about 3-4 kms down the highway from LeelaGreens,( Next to Sanskrikit by Disha) and there the bunglows are priced around 25 lakhs and are much more spacious.

ReplyDeleteCan some one please comment on the facilities nearby. one thing I liked is the project is just off the highway and has got good road connectivity to Pune and Hinjewadi. But not aware of the daily shopping needs, schools, hospitals, etc nearby. I have only viewed the info online.

Saw Leela Greens today. It's called Lilavati Greens too for some reason!!! Found the following:
ReplyDelete1) project in ready to move in state
2) really rude and abrupt Sales folks (on-phone and in-person)
3) 2 & 3BHk Row houses have no dining spaceand cost 50-56 lakhs !!!
4) Interior materials used (door knobs, plater, grills) are really bad quality. All doors had extra ply stuck on top and sides as builder seems to have smaller doors than the size required.
5) Twin Bunglow sizes are good but the interior stuff again feels too cheap. Costs 70-74lacs
6)Amenities seem to be for tick mark, sicne childrens paly area has 2-3 sparse children swings and slides . To less for such a large project.
7) Open area next to amenities was told to be for large Temple by the person showing the property...10 mins later a portly sales lady contradicted that the Space was to be used to build Studio apartments!! In the same breath she added that the project clientelle was "very high quality" since they had no 1BHK (but were planning studio!!??).
8) Finally saw a group of owners complaing about n number of different things and planning "action".
