    The name of bulder is iParamar group's River residency project.
    I have visited the site. Did you see entrance of the project? Warehosues and godowns of chikhali area extended here. Lots of trucks were stand in the road for loading. What about these warehouses?

    Yes. You are right. It's iParmar Group's River Residency. Now, the 60 feet approach road is cleared. Except one. Have a look at these photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ravikaran/5315823515/in/set-72157625745105222/

    Other "works" is Chikhali and on Dehu Alandi Road will be eventually shifted to somewhere else. These "works" are on the rented plots.

    Land owners are waiting for the better price.

    Yes, even i have been to this place River Residency by iParmar Group.

    All buildings are 12 storeys.

    Phase1 will have approx 6-7 buildings. Including two 1 / 1.5 BHK buildings.

    Phase1 possessions as per builders commitment is December 2012 (no construction wrk has started yet)

    Total 4 Phases. The ppl i tlked to @ the site didn't knw whn other phases would start.

    All river facing buildings have 3 BHK flats.
