    I have been following you blogs and your blogs are really helful. You are really doing a wonderful job. This specially helps when someone is new buyer.
    I'm looking for a 2BHK(~1000 sqft), 50-55L in Wakad. We liked Petals, Anshul Casa and iVana in wakad. All 3 of them are in this range. Could please give your opinion on which one would be a better one.
    Also I am a first time buyer so could you please advise what things i should be careful of before going for the deal(May be provide some links) .

      2) Consider whether this EMI fits well in your financial plan of next 5 + 5 + 5 years. considering rising cost of living, EMI should not be more than 28 per cent of your monthly income.

    I am looking for 2BK flats in IVANA Wakad Project , This project has mixed reviews , some good and some bad . Specially concerns were raised that promised facilities at fixed cost such as Gas Piped connection , Grill, would be provided at that price or builder will increased rates . Similarly commercial area with in the premize is not yet finalized so tomorrow in the name development ask another fee or start constructing right in front of building .

    Althouth builder is memberof CREDAI but still cosidering your experience , how you rate this project? Appreciate your reply for the same
