The other day when I visited Regency Cosmos on Baner Road in Pune, I saw a few families in the sample flat. At the same time, Mr. Manish Kankaria of C. K. Realty, Marketing Consultants of Regency Group and his team were also present, supervising the final touches.
"We are launching on 15th!," Manish said.
"Are you sure? I thought you have already launched!," pointing at the visiting property buyers in the sample flat of Regency Cosmos, i said.

Also is 82-87 lakhs justified in that area?
How is the reputation of the builder never heard of him before.
