Builder knows well that property buyer will convince himself, "What more can I expect in this budget and at this location?" and he will live happily ever after in his flat.
However, it doesn't mean that builder has completely ignored the convenience of a property buyer. For example, in a 1 BHK Flat WC & Bath are separate. Bedrooms and terrace is not in the 'inner side of the building', where lift, staircase and walkways are, but are placed at "outer side of the building" which offers better privacy and view. Living room of a 1 BHK Flat has a niche for your showcase.
I think, for a better cross ventilation, you should demand a 2nd window for the living. The builder may have avoided it to cut the construction cost, and, or, for the sake of privacy.
2 BHK Flat at Swapna Saankul:
First, i would like to congratulate the builder of Swapna Saankul for offering a 2 BHK Flat of 524.17 sq.ft. carpet area which has a dry balcony, entrance lobby and an attached terrace of 10'x5'6", either to a living on odd floors & to a bedroom on the even floors.
His efforts to provide common toilet and an attached toilet for the master bedroom shows his creativity and dedication to offer best possible in this size and in this budget.
I am sure, the builder has done his best to attract the needy end user, the actual home buyer, and successfully managed to keep away investors. So, if someone ever asked my opinion about "investing" in Swapna Saankul, that would be a pleasant surprise for me!
