But, the fact is , at the end of your tenure, you pay less to us than you would have paid to some private bank!," Satam and Deshpande made one more claim and explained it to me. At the end of our discussion, i was convinced that Satam and Deshpande Uncles would help you to take the safe decision.
Since, i believe that while buying a property in Teerth Towers or anywhere, you should give more importance to your repayment capacity than how to avail maximum loan, i would anytime prefer to take a home loan form M/s Satam and Deshpande. Because, 'teaser interest rates' are nothing but traps to tempt you to take more loan which eventually you may find difficult to repay!
