Let me tell you about some other boys i came across at the launch of Signature Series 1 BHK & 2 BHK Flats in Aura County at Ubale-Nagar, near Kharadi Jakat Naka on Nagar Road.
Good news is there were more home boys -first time home buyers - than the real estate investors at Aura County!
I saw one home boy in the sample flat who was on the phone for more than 30 minutes but couldn't make up his mind!
Some home boy impressed me because he liked the 606 sq.ft. 2 BHK Flat. But, you know boys! They like it both ways. He was complaining about not having 2 terraces!!
Third one who had chosen 604 sq.ft. 2 BHK Flat with 2 Terraces was asking for a small alteration in the flat - he wanted to push the wall and increase the size of the living and reduce the size of the terrace! Poor boy didn't know anything about property and, for sure, must be completely in the dark about your anatomy.
Sandeep was not only better but he is the best marriage material i have come across recently. Girls, Sandeep is as good and as tall as me. May be, a few inches above 6 feet. You can see that Sandeep would have been as fair as me. If he had gone out in the sun like me. But he remained in the air conditioned cabin, writing software. If he had not been a son of the Indian Air Force Officer, he would have dressed exactly like me.
Sandeep not only has a good physic and I Q, but, girls, he is emotionally intelligent too! He cares for his parents and doesn't want to uproot them only because his company is shifting to Hinjewadi. Sandeep has clear ideas about the division between work and family life!
Sandeep is aware about future of Pune real estate market. He has a capacity to take an instant decision. Certainly, after consulting his mother.
Girls, Sandeep has solid family values which you value most. And, yes, his family values are his strength and not a weakness. Now, tell me, out these 2 types of 2 BHK Flats, which one Sandeep would have booked? The one which gives more to you or the 604 sq.ft. 2 BHK Flat which gives more to the builders and boys?

Guys, the brochure(www.auracounty.com/images/brochure.pdf) will be helpful to understand various things. More than the flashy amenities info, you may want to concentrate more on the floor plan. Get a good understanding of advantage/disadvantages of each flat in the plan, the overall layout etc. Do good analysis and most importantly, TAKE A DECISION and stand by it. Don't be in a dilemma. Things happen for good. Be positive. Be happy.

I appreciate your time during the launch and now here. What's more important for the readers of your blog is to understand about the latest offering at Aura County. Your analysis on the types of flats is quite informative. The "bedrooms at other ends" is to add humour to the article and make it more fun to read, I guess. :-)
I had my bit of quick analysis that I had done during the booking and I booked in one of the buildings. But instead of sharing my understanding openly, which may bias other's decision, I would suggest people to BE ON ACTUAL SITE where the building is going to stand, take a good look around and then proceed for booking. One point of concern, guys, is that high voltage electric tower on the other end of the road. You will understand why there are diagonally 3 gardens put up in plan. But instead of taking it negatively it could be looked as clever thinking and utilization of surrounding by the builder.
A lot of things are lined up further. Let's hope all the things go fine and all of us get the flat that we are interested in.
Wish everyone good luck. Keep sharing your thoughts. This is an excellent platform to argue/agree/disagree/... most importantly, put your point forward. Let's help others to make better decisions.

no offense meant but these dimensions don't really please me. Okay there may be 2 terraces and the lot, I personally don't care if there are a hundred terraces. The rooms could have been a tad larger...
The bedrooms on 2 extremes is really a good planning though. Must be appreciated. Not just the "moaning" (:-D) but also from general privacy and TV noise point of view, its a really good feature. Worth a pat on the back.

ReplyDeleteI had a real hard time with this so called popular blogging service from google - Blogger. I put some comments they didn't appear. Then suddenly it duplicated it multiple times and you suddenly had a hotchpotch in the comment section. Sorry Raviji but I really feel (and am in favour of) moving to wordpress. I always found it much better then blogger.
Coming back to business, I will update more in the comments section if I have something significant to be shared, on the proceedings and experiences on this project, with the readers here.

Does google group or something similar exists for home buyers @ Aura County ? if not, it would be good idea to start one, so that everybody can be in sync with the proceedings, and unite on certain issues while talking to builder.
