One more Exhibition....looks like flat booking ratio has gone down again. In addition to Bank interest rate + Ready Reckoner rates are also increased...beaware property buyer...
ReplyDeleteOR
look for any party giving free flat OR atleast 50% of property price as municipal elections are around the corner now :-) :-) :-)
lol
ReplyDeleteWhy are prospective buyers paying money for the entry fee? It's stupid!! The entry fee guarantees what? a spot for sitting in the exhibition or a soft drink or hourly charge for a worker to clean up the mess/trash after the expo? There are lots of projects that are coming up and they need to reach out and find out a way to attract people. It's a marketing platform. Why the heck does the consumer needs to pay to just go and look at the offers???
ReplyDeleteThis is very funny they are charging people to see their advertisement stunts in property fair.
ReplyDeleteOr is it mean people visit property fairs just to kill time.its a trend or new fashion in pune to visit property festivals on weekend.Or may be people don't find any good deals in property fest so they just walking and walk out..
Looks like there is some demand but only for affordable housing.
I have been to 1 property fest last time. But i was not able to find any good projects. The projects i found good were not at all affordable.Goverment is sleeping..
We need a regulatory authority in real estate business like we have in telecom business.
Yes, These builder sucking blood and money of the buyer. Changing rule, 100% terrace, super builtup area, money for parking, infrasturcture charges etc etc. Builders are greedy to eat money. In 2-3 years we could not buy any land from farmer. All land aquired by politicians & builders. So its good to construct illegal buildings and ask for permission in Guthewari.
