ReplyDeleteBut, again a disconnect between Vastushod sales team & information on website.
Vastushod sales team (Helpline Number: 92251 92252) is proudly telling everybody, all the sanctions are in place.
The website clearly contradicts it:
All the plans are expected to be sanctioned in a month.

All vastushod sales guys should go through the FAQ's on their website atleast once & try avoid passing misleading information to the callers.

ReplyDeleteWhat I do not understand is .. when someone is buying home .. why he can not choose exact flat location, exact flat number and of course project. What is "yojana". Is that kind of a lottery that these guys are running? can not be called lottery as well, these are not prime locations as far as I understand. These all are far locations from city , secluded ones. Just another trick of making money and nothing else. Savings they are talking about will be adjusted later in quality of constructions. What about transportation to these far locations? do they expect people with capacity of buying personal bikes and cars will buy at their project or they are selling on dreams of buses and public transport that will be developed after a century in these areas? Looks like couple of guyz out there to make money by selling cheap (in terms of quality and location value) homes. They are not even talking about product quality and features, all they are bullshitting is about "yojana" and chance to own????

ReplyDeletePlease visit Urbangram Kondhwe dhavade (165 units sold in a matter of 6 hours) and Urbangram Kirkatwadi (226 units sold in a matter of 24 hours) to find for yourself whether the product is cheap (in terms of quality and location value)...
Please also make it a point to visit / know more about ANANDGRAM YEVAT project, which is a CRISIL PUNE 5 STAR project...
Finally to end the debate, the customers have overwelhmedly supported the pre-launch registration drive (we call it VASTUSHODH GRUHASANDHI YOJANA) and application for allotments have poured in huge numbers.
Last but not the least, please refrain from using abusive language (bullshitting) in public domain as it spells out the class you belong to..

i think this is plan to collect interest free money from people.when we contacted about urbangram kondhawe dhawade they said sold out at that time.from where flats born now in this scheme.total marketing policy.how can they afford such rates whwn other builders are not able to cope up.either quality compromised or land purchased before.but never fall pray to them.buy only when needed,only when happy with location.
DeleteI saw so many families dream for a better home, but not able to buy because of the fancy & expensive lebels. These customers are more in numbers compared to the ones who put their money, just because they have excess. I have personally visited the Vastushodh project at Kondhwe-Dhawde & compared with other fancy options. Its really worth.

Just for your information: All 3 UrbanGram location are well connected with Public transportation.
AnandGram(Talegaon) is the only location which is a little away from the Public commutation.
A definition of little far is 2 Kms. Max.
As far as quality of the construction is considered,
You should first visit the Vastushod's ongoing project's. If you feel it's not worth then you should loud your voice.
It's never a good idea to pass on such comments without knowing about it.
Most builders in Pune starts Pre-launch offers with many missing details.
Most of them asks 20 % of Agreement value to be benefited for pre-launch rates.
Vastushod is not demanding you 20% or even 10% of the Agreement value.
They are asking reasonable participation fee, which is also fully refundable.
It would be wrong if they ask 20% of AV before all the sanctions are in place.
How many flats of ranging Rs 4 lakhs has been delivered by u in pune till know
