Last weekend, Kumar Properties opened booking of Kumar Pinakin.
Even in the current slow down in Pune real estate market, the 2 BHK & 3 BHK Flats in Kumar Pinakin received a good response.
You know why?
No. Not because of the property prices. Kumar Pinakin is not the only project which offers a 2 BHK Flat of 705 sq.ft. carpet area for Rs. 66.41 - 68.17 Lakh and a 3 BHK Flat of 942 sq.ft. carpet area for Rs. 89.24 - 93.38 Lakh. There are many in Baner, Balewadi, Bavdhan & Wakad.

Even Kul Ecoloch by Kumar Builders is giving toilets of 8*5 and 7.6*5 in 2 BHK,that too in 55 Lacs range in a fantastic resort type location. They have fantastic ammenties and township experience to offer.I think they have the best layout to offer in west regions currently for 1 or 2 BHK.....

ReplyDeleteI recently visited a friend's place in Blue Ridge, where the 5 BHK Master Bedroom toilet measures at 12' x 7.5'. Hey, that is bigger than the Pinakin kitchen.

I understand you can't guarantee what builder is going to do, but I would like to add few things.
Your property reviews should focus not only on the Flat Design, Vicinity. But Project Size, possible threats in formation of society, conveyance deed, and maintenance charges being levied for the amenities builder is promising, should be taken in consideration. As many of the first time buyers might not be aware of such complications.
I know you have been doing a great job, but I see the gaps which if filled would help other buyers.

DeleteI know about few projects of Kumar Properties, they are large and might require years of construction to utilize land.
Though Maintenance is good, for builder's own good. Property rates are appreciated, and thus future sales are profitable!!! :):)
Society handover might be painful for future construction to builder, and thus handover is issue at places.
Think think and think again for buying from any builder as this is one of very important decision of our lives!!!
Story repeats here again...Ravi when are you going to learn about writing the whole project...after reading your recent blogs it seems that your area of interest is something different...
