ReplyDeleteIts not about whether lift and service ducts are included in your flat's carpet area. Every time lift goes by you will hear the sound and vibration in your living area thats where it will cause issue. You will get disturbed every now and then ,.... is it worthwhile to pay 1 cr and hear that sound

Dear Santosh, Though for me possession of Smart Homes 1 & Sangria and the progress of Smart Homes 2 is more important - Yes, I will write about Smart Home 3. If it is reasonably priced, i will recommend it too. Anytime, MIDC is better than Gram Panchayat.

Have you seen the construction quality, how is it? Apart from the lift issue? mantri is known for its construction quality not sure about this project?
