How can i miss an opportunity to visit Kool Homes Bavdhan (www.koolhomes.in)? After visiting Kishor Developers' Bhagwati Floriana, this weekend, i gave a quick visit to Kool Homes, behind Maratha Mandir, at Bavdhan Pune 411 021. Just to check the availability and the current property prices.
Only a couple of weeks ago, Kool Homes has increased the property rates. So, now the current - basic - property rate at Kool Homes is Rs. 4,200 per sq.ft. - which could be increased at any point of time, I was told.
Looking at the availability, - only one 2.5 BHK & seven - eight 2 BHK Flats in a project of approx 200 Flats - property price rise looked quite possible to me. More than the profit, at this point of time, property price rise will help to boost the moral of the builder and the property buyers who have already booked their flats in Kool Homes Bavdhan.
Particularly, those 70 property buyers who dared to book their flats in the last 7 - 8 months and helped Kool Homes to increase their property rates from Rs. 3,750 per sq.ft. (all time low!) to Rs. 3,950 sq.ft. and now Rs. 4,200 per sq.ft.! Rs. 200 per sq.ft. more than Kool Homes Bavdhan's original launch property rate of Rs. 4,000 per sq.ft., approximately 2 years ago. Have a look at the current property rates and the availability at Kool Homes Bavdhan.

I have come accross an option of flat in bavdhan at Rs.3000 per sq ft. beleive it or not. Insignia group that you once lauded and then ridiculed has finalized this porposal at Bavdhan.
