This weekend, when i visited the site of KDS Aangan & KDS Dham, i visited Alankapuram too. My friend, Abhay Firake (http://nucleusint.com/), who is doing an interior of the sample flat, was happy to show me the site.Abhay thinks that it's too early to show it, Alankapuram site, to anybody and i completely disagree with him, because:
1) Even at this stage of the development, I am sure, you can get a feel of this beautiful site.
2) An opportunity to invest in affordable township - developed by the "known" and "reliable" builder - in "virgin" location in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad is rare! For example:
1) 2001 - 2002 - Kunal Icon at Rahatani, Aundh annexe - Property rate Rs.700 per sq.ft.
2) 2004 - 2205 - Ganga Constella at Kharadi Pune - Property rate Rs. 950 per sq.ft.
