1) 1 bhk, 2 bhk, 3 bhk flats at Chinchwad Pune:

Mindspace Realty opened the booking of 2nd phase of compact, small budget, 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats in Queenstown at Chinchwad.

Instead of their normal real estate price of Rs. 2,950 per sq.ft., Queenstown is offering special discounted property rate of Rs. 2,750 per sq.ft. for the first 100 bookings. Because of this you can save:

Type of flat: Carpet area + Terrace (in sq.ft.) and
All inclusive property price @Rs. 2,950 - @Rs.2,750 =
Save Rs.:...for 1st to 5th floors.
"Floor rise" starts from 6th floor.

1) 1 bhk flat on even floors: 405 + No Terrace:

@Rs.2,750: Rs. 16,29,600

2) 1 bhk flat on odd floors: 405 + 47:

Construction of the second phase has already started and sample flats of 1 and 2 bhk are ready in the building itself.
