Kaasp Countyy at Wakad Pune - only one 2 bhk flat available for booking!

Property rate Rs. 2,600 per sq.ft.:

Last 2 bhk flat at Kaasp Countyy Wakad Pune?

Deepak (91 98505 78899) of b u bhandari landmarks said that only one 2 bhk flat is available at Kaasp Countyy at Kaspate Vasti, near Jagtap Dairy, Wakad Pune.

This amenity facing 2bhk flat is on the fifth floor, C 503, and has a saleable area 1,070 sq.ft. Though the flooring is going on, he says, a possession would be in March 2010.

At the negotiable property rate of Rs. 2,600 per sq.ft., including everything, total cost of this 2 bhk flat is Rs. 32,02,200/-.

However, this is not exactly the last 2 bhk flat in Kaasp Countyy at Wakad. The other 2 bhk is "paint house", a flat with a top terrace. It's total cost is near to 3 bhk flat, around Rs. 40 lakhs!
