Behind Medipoint Hospital, on D P Road, near Parihar Chowk, Aundh, Pune - visit to the site of an upcoming township of 2 bhk & 3 bhk flats

From Baner Road to D P Road, Aundh, via Pallod Farms:

From Pride Platinum we came back on Baner road. When Gautam took a left turn towards Pune University, i asked him, "Next upcoming project of Pride Housing?"
"It's a joint venture with Naiknavare," Gautam said.
"AluForm Naiknavare?," i asked.
"Yes," Gautam said.
"Strange marriage of imagination and technology!," I said.
"In Pallod Farms?," i asked him.
"No. Behind Medipoint Hospital on DP Road!," Gautam said.
"Then why are we going this way? Are you in a mood for cross country driving?," i asked him.
"You can go to the site from Baner road too! Short cut," Gautam said.
"Like Pride Platinum, Has construction already begun?," i asked.
"Yes!," he said.
"Then good you took this short cut. Now, go as fast as you can. You know what happened when Paranjape Schemes West-End and Nandan Buildcon's Vatsalya Vihar on DP Road Aundh were launched!," i said.
"But we haven't yet launched Irene Towers , officially. And at this point the road from Medi Point is under construction. So, we can reach Aloma County before the project is sold out!," Gautam tried to comfort me.
"That's great! But it may be ready for possession if we didn't hurry up! AluForm is too fast!," i said.

For a moment, i didn't realize where we were. For sure, it was a big construction site. But there wasn't any clue to Medi Point or DP Road.

We stopped in front of the half done site office and sample flat.
Bothered Suhas, sales manager of Irene Towers, during his lunch .
Disturbed after lunch nap of the construction workers.
Had a look at the half done sample flat.

"Suhas, please, give a good pre-launch offer if someone drops in your office!," i felt good for getting an opportunity to say this to a sales manager of a project on DP Road, Aundh!

Upcoming project of 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats near Pancard Club, Baner, Pune

We are launching 3 projects!

Other day, at a party, after a long time, I met Gautam. We had a small talk.
"We are launching 3 projects!," Gautam said.
"3?," i asked.
"Yes!" He said.
"Where?,"
"Come over! Tomorrow?," he said.
"Sure!," .

Next day, I went to see Gautam. "3 projects! Tell me all about it!," i said without showing much enthusiasm. "Come on, i will take you to the site," Gautam said. "Is there anything at the site?," i asked. "See with your own eyes!," he said and got up to go.

In the glass lift, i kept mum. Something strange was happening. For the first time in my life, someone else was telling me about upcoming project of Pride Housing! ( www.pridegroup.net )

"First, we will go to Pancard Club," Gautam said. "Pancard Club at Baner. Prime location. Good! and next?," i was curious. "Keep guessing!," Gautam said. "Mr. Arvind Jain would have offered a flat for the right answer!," i couldn't hide my disappointment.

Before, i could appreciate Gautam for taking a correct turn for Pancard Club, i realized that this road is sad. "Bad road, first objection of the property buyer!," i said.

"This road will improve after the elections. You know about "Aacharsanhita!," Gautam said.

"No. I know only one thing. For Baner Balewadi Development Plan citizens have to fight! In fact, they are fighting. Buy the property. Pay the property tax. Like a good citizen, fight for the development plan!," i said.

3 BHK Flats of 1,620 and 1,350 sq.ft. saleable area!
2 BHK Flat of 1,220 sq.ft.!

"World financial crises and "No Bookings" phase was a good break for Pride Housing! You got enough time to work on this project!," i said complementing on the almost done site office and sample flat of Pride Platinum.

Oh! What a flat!! Only Arvind Jain can make such a good flat. I am his big fan. (Please, take a note!) Whatever, i have learned, is all from him. I was enjoying his brand of creation after a long time. In fact, for the first time, after Pride Panorama on Senapati Bapat Road.

In his flat, it is not only about size of the space, living (23 X 15.6) or master bedroom (16 X 12). It is about the soul. This space has a soul. Which i can't capture in the camera. For that you have to visit Pride Platinum at Pancard Club, Baner, Pune! Narendra, the sales manager, (91 95610 70418 / narendra@pridegroup.net) was talking about some pre-launch offer too!
