Both at the most popular locations near Hinjewadi.

With great expectations of meeting young, smart, handsome, beautiful, successful, well dressed IT couples, I visited both the projects.
But, you let me down.
This is not fair.

At The Address Wakad, I saw a couple of IT couples. But all were in somewhat serious mood. So, I didn't bother them. And had a heart to heart conversation with the builder.

At Ravet, atmosphere will be more cheerful & I can see a lot of 'turned on' couples - I told myself.
But, you know what?
I ended up having a heart to heart conversation with the sales executive at Namrata Gloria Ravet.

What do you all do on weekends?
In January, not only evenings but the afternoons too are quite pleasant in Pune.
You avoid visiting Wakad flyover on Mumbai Pune Highway on weekends, I can understand.
But what about Ravet?
Ravet - is good for a short drive cum evening walk. Isn't it?

And for a 2 BHK Flat - Rs. 48 - 48.65 - 49.69 - 52.76 Lakhs (All Inclusive approximate property prices).
