  1. Hi Ravi. What are your thoughts about this Mega Project? In terms of its location, distance from industrial and city center locations like shivaji nagar etc., pricing, available civic facilities, future prospect of the project and will customers prefer to live in Charoli like area esp. when people prefer to live in Kharadi, Vimannagar, Kalyani Nagar area which lies on the either side of Nagar Road Highway. I know I have asked too many questions in a go but I am really keen to understand perspective of property buyers and their choices about this location for buying property.
