While coming back from Anant Shrishti Kanhe, I said, "Sometimes I feel 'luck' plays an important role in buying a home!"
"Yes! I stay on Baner Road. In 2005, my builder friend was literally forcing me to buy 2 flats. But I booked only 1. If I had obeyed him - and bought 2nd - and sold it - today - I would have got my current flat for free! Yog - you never get more than your destiny!" the gentleman sitting next to me said.
"I was lucky! I visited the site late in the evening. When I was about to visit that almost ready for possession flat - power went off. Still I visited it. In the dark I couldn't see much. But I liked that flat. So, instantly I booked it. Called my wife and gave her the good news!," the other gentleman sitting next to the driver said.
"Did she get angry for booking a flat without showing her?, " I asked.
"Yes! I told her what happened. It was dark. So, though I visited the flat - even - I didn't see much. But, I felt good vibes in that flat. So, I was sure you will like it too. And you know what? Now, she says - booking was not a mistake - it was Gruha Yog. Because, after shifting in that flat, our life became lot better - in all sense," the other gentleman sitting next to driver said.
Saptapadi:
"What say you? You came to book a flat. But booked a bungalow plot! Isn't it unimaginable? I know many who keep on dreaming day & night - for years - about buying a plot and constructing a bungalow - but look at you - you got a bungalow plot without expecting it!," I asked the father of Avani & Anshuman siting behind me in the SUV.
"By the way, we were together all the time, when did you change your mind and take the decision of booking a bungalow plot instead of a flat?," I asked.
"We took this decision while you were busy shooting photographs!," Daddy of Avani & Anshuman said.
"Don't tell me. All the time - I was watching you from my camera. I didn't see you debating. Did I miss some hot discussion?," looking at Mummy of Avani & Anshuman I said.
"No. You didn't miss anything. We decided in a few steps. While walking from the car to pandal. After visiting plots & flats - he said - instead of investing 30 lakh in a 2.5 BHK Flat why not invest 33 - 35 in a plot? I said - you are right!," Mummy of Avani & Anshuman said.
"Certainly. Idea was good. But what about financial planning? 5 lakhs means 5 thousand EMI. You must have discussed that!," I asked.
"No. There was no need to discuss that. 7 years ago we took only 15 lakh home loan - much less than our eligibility - now, we are paying an EMI only to save tax. So a few steps were enough for us to decide," Daddy of Avani & Anshuman said.
"Got it. You may not have counted the steps. But I know in how many steps you must have decided," looking at Daddy & Mummy of Avani & Anshuman, I said.
"How many?," Mummy of Avani & Anshuman asked.
"7 steps!," I said and looked at Avani & Anshuman.
There was no point in telling Avani & Anshuman that both of them are lucky to have such parents. Because, in the last few hours in their company at Anant Shrishti Kanhe, I have understood that the twins already know that they are blessed.

We have approval for 2 phases of Metro...
1> Vanaz (kothrud) to Ramwadi (kharadi)
Definetly, buyers in Bhugaon must feel happy as they have metro to connect to other side of Pune...
2> Pimpri to Swargate
Buyers should target areas near Pimpri ,most likely Metro will change the picture.
However,I know the old developed part of city like kothrud,deccan,shivaji nagar will not be in favour of metro as it will make city more congested...but those who have metro 3-4 km away from their place are surely gng 2 enjoy...
Best example is Bhugaon

I read that above project have NA plots. On similar lines, there are so many builders selling Farm plots (non NA plots) around Marunje road, Hinjewadi these days. What is your take on it in terms of conversion of these plots farm plots to NA plots in coming time for residential purpose? Is it worth investing around Marunje road farm plot?
