Thanks a lot guys! 92,501 page views in October, for sure, are too less for the month of festive season of Diwali.

But too much for me! Because, you know, in this month, i could post only 6 blogs.

In this month, when more than a dozen projects were launched, i could write only about 3. Aura City Shikrapur, Liviano Kharadi, and Kalpataru Serenity Manjari.

Everyday of the month, i was feeling sorry for not updating about each and every newly launched project in Pune real estate market. Certainly, I was worried about less page views and visits. What's this - 'Diwali or Diwala?' - i have asked myself many times!

Though, we all know that, most of the projects launched in this Diwali season were not worth "investing", for sure, you would have enjoyed reading about them. I am very sorry for not entertaining you in this festive season.

After all, for most of us, Pune real estate is more of an entertainment than an investment!

Instead of buying 1BHK for 75 lacs(72 lacs + 4-5 lacs as taxes) I will go to some village OR tier 3 city side..will rent something for 3 to 4 thousand and will put my money in bank with 10% fixed deposit rates and will live my life only on interest(mathematically which is 62000 per month)...infact most of the interest part I can put in for investment for retirement...
    say 20,000 into well managed mutual funds...
    over 25 years, 12% return on MF it will accumulate in crores...

    NO need to work...anyhows, on village side needs gets lower and at top of that breathe fresh air..

    how's that ravi ?
