"Thats' too good! And expected appreciation in 5 years?," i asked.

"Wait for 2 more years! Now, the Asian Development Bank is providing Rs. 1,500 Crore for the electrification of Pune Daund Railway line. After the electrification, for sure, property prices in Daund will double!," Haresh said.

  1. I am from Mumbai and would like to invest about Ra 50 L in residential flat in Pune suburb close to Mumbai - Pune highway . May be Wakad , Hinjewadi etc > I am not sure . can someone help me in informing me the current rate for under construction projects of reliable developers. it Is not possible for me to come to Pune quite often so I have to depend on the Developer for the construction quality and completion .
