Paranjape Schemes' Madhukosh at Dhayari Phata on Sinhagad Road - Hurry! Waiting list due to be closed soon!!

Do you know that Paranjape Schemes still have a system of waiting list? Yes, I am talking about that old system of paying Rs. 25,000 to M/s Paranjape Schemes' (Construction) Limited and enrolling your name for their upcoming project!

News is, after enrolling more than 200 names, Paranjape Schemes' has decided to close the waiting list of Madhukosh. Their upcoming project on the banks of Khadakwasala canal, near Dhayari Phata on Sinhagad Road.

It means, if you are not on Paranjape Schemes' waiting list you wont get an opportunity to pay a lesser property rate than the launch rate and a special privilege to book the flat of your choice.

At the property rate of Rs. 3,001 per sq.ft., booking of the first phase opened and closed on the same day. Now, you have to wait till 15TH of February and book your flat at Rs. 3,301 per sq.ft.! If this can happen at Mittal, just imagine what will happen at Paranjape Schemes' Madhukosh!

So, point is, hurry, enroll yourself on the waiting list of Paranjape Schemes' Madhukosh. Otherwise, you will be forced to book at the neighboring project. Darode Jog Properties' upcoming township of 2 BHK Flats, Serene-County. Where property rate is Rs. 2,800 per sq.ft.

If you don't act now, who knows, you may not be able to fulfill your dream of owning a home in Pune. Because, right after Paranjape Schemes' Madhukosh and Darode Jog's Serene-County Pune ends and Nanded City Pune begins!
