Welcome to Mont Vert Tropez, Wakad, Pune, India:
Today, while going to Rama Group' Cost Rica at Wakad, i couldn't resist visiting Mont Vert Tropez. From Jagtap Dairy to Hinjewadi road freshly painted Tropez was looking beautiful. Happily i avoided Wakad Chowk and went to Tropez by the new entrance road.
At Mont Vert Tropez, construction of the club house and other infrastructure works was going on. Somehow, i managed to reach the site office and shaking hands asked Balraj Khanna, salesperson at Mont Vert Tropez, "Do you have a 3 bhk flat?"
"Yes!," said Balraj.
"You are joking, right?," i was sure.
"We have opened the bookings of I building," he said.
"Good! It means after a long time, i can write about Mont Vert!," i said and took the details from Balraj. Please, have a look!

Ravi:
ReplyDeleteNice Photos. You really take nice photographs. Many of us away from Pune love to see them.
Thanks.
Ravi, is it worth to pay something around Rs 2500 to 2700 per sqft in area like Wakad?? Give your gunine opinion.. cause I stay out of India.. I have 1 flat in Pune and wish to buy 2nd property for Investment purpose since the prices are about 25% low in recession. Please guide. How is this project? Whether there will be good appreciation over the period of 2 years.
ReplyDeleteOk since Ravi did not rply to this one. This is my biased opinion as a property owner in Wakad.
ReplyDeleteTrue wakad has gone expensive but the only hope it has is a property wgich will see its rue potential in 5 years from now. PCMC has been slow in getting the roads etc developed in Wakad.
So 2 years not good target but 4-5 years definitely good as long as Hinjewadi IT sector does not go to a slow down.
Positive is also close distance 3-4km from IT park. and closer to NH4 for Mumbai folks.
Valuation depends on Brand and type of facilities a builder givers and type of facilities you want.
I like Tropez and seville both and visit there frequently with friends who wants to buy in this this area. Expensive compared to many others.
I am already staying at one of the older projects Eden and when I had booked there none of these options were available.
I would also suggest to visit Apostophe and cappricio. Also visit Palash but valuation is no different in any of these.
All these are at 50-100% work stage and I would suggest to get under construction home compared to on paper project.
Thanks
