One of the best quality builder. I think Nandan has got the success formula which they are continueing with there Vishrantwadi project. The location is not too far from main road. Especially when you come from Nandan's Baner project, you will see big difference. The approaching road is too narrow. That is still ok! But what about that lake? What is its future? Since decade(s?) its like that...

ReplyDeleteNandan Euphora ptoject of Nandan Builder is not good project they are number cheater. dont trust on sales person whatever they will say reality is different. they dont have parking plan. very hard water. if you buy flat their you will surely duffer for many issues.
