Phase 1 completely sold out within 8 hours of the first day .. They then launched 2nd phase 2 on the same day and at price 2500/sqfeet for garden facing and 2400 for non garden facing ... it is too much .. procession is 2.5 years from now ... amazing crowd they pulled on the launched day ...
