From Hopelessness to Hope-fullness!:
View 2 BHK Flat for 20 Lakhs near Warje Pune in a larger map
At Kondhawe Dhawade Pune 411 023, Vastushodh's site of "2 BHK Flat for 20 Lakhs", sample flat is getting ready.
For the first time, in the "real world", Vastushodh has put a few hoardings. Giving a hint of "hope" - to the young, first time home buyers, who had lost hope to own a home in their limited budget.
Curious to know more, these young first time home buyers are visiting Vastushodh Projects' office on Karve Road.
For me, it was a pleasure, to watch their expressions, wondering, "A 2 BHK in 20!"
Reminding me that:
Who says hopelessness is hopeless!
Nevertheless...
Hopelessness is hopefulness in disguise...
Hopefulness for the unexpected,
Readiness to accept all that comes one's way,
Expecting to take over the worst.

I only wonder what kind of mindset cowards have that they take such funny names for themselves while making comments. Scared of revealing names to me - a common buyers???

i googled, got to this link and also checked the site for VIVA TIERRA Projects.
i found urbangram more interseting and something to look forward in future if i compare it with VIVA TIERRA.

I wonder some time, what kind of locality and neighborhood this would be once people start moving in. I think you will see mostly lower middle class people from chawls may be..

You must have missed the launch of Urbangram.
You must not have joined the Google Group of Urbangram. So, you were not present for the pre-launch presentation for the Google Group and for the readers of my blog.
Mostly, you must not be in Pune and - even in India - may be - since 1947.
Right?
So, you are not aware about the salary structure in Pune.
Of course, you may not know that you can get 80% home loan to buy the property and the EMI is roughly 1000 for 1 lakh. Which should be approx 40 - 45 % of your salary. Right?
Even now, you may not have enough time to visit the old related stories to understand for whom the Urbangram was planned.
Or you may not know that you can click the links in the related stories - to see the photographs of the people who visited Urbangram on the day of launch and booked the flats.
Do not worry! You can visit the site of Urbangram on any weekend and meet some of the property buyers who have already booked a 2 bhk flat for 20 lakhs.
