Now, property rate in Wakad Pune - Rs. 2,300 per sq.ft. for 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats of 1,055 to 1,528 sq.ft. saleable area

Without giving commission to some so called Association, pretending to care for IT professionals working in Hinjewadi, Rama Group re-launches Costa Rica in Wakad at the property rate of Rs. 2,300 per sq.ft.!

  1. This post obviously looks like you you have been paid by Rama group. Please put realistic comments like layout, ventilation, features, track record of the builder...instead of deriving joy in commenting on some association !! The flat design looks like a box .Where is the space to keep a dining table with 6 chairs ? I would be interested to see your response on this and hope you dont simply dissappear as you always do when you are put on a backfoot !!

  2. The layout resembles a train bogey...What is the distance between any 2 buildings ? What is the meaning of relaunch ? Was this stalled on the first launch ? How many more relaunches wll this have ?
    Amenities include a letter box !! .. Guess they forgot to put "eyehole on the main door" as an amenity !!

    Offer is for limited period only, only for diwali, (an old gimmick to fool the customers), guys remember one thing, the builders are desperte to make a quick buck during this diwali season, prices have started falling across all projects, those who will buy will be loosers, do not loose your hard earned money. Those who will wait will benefit, so guys sit back and watch the market falling and bulders panacking. The world is going through a "W" shap recovery and 2010 will be another blow. So best for luck for new buyers.

    Thanks for pointing this out. I didn't know that i "simply disappear" when i am put on the back foot. Yes, you are right. Not only me but no one should disappear. You have motivated to observe me myself and improve, if required. Thanks for reading and suggesting improvements in me and my blog.

    I am an IT Professional based in Mumbai and am desirous of buying a home in Pune. I visited the MCHI exhibition held in Mumbai last weekend and was impressed with Megapolis that is promoted by Kumar Properties.

    However, one of my friends based in Pune told me that the land on which they are constructing the apartments is leasehold land, and it would be better to invest in adjoining Blue Ridge or in Wakad area.Request your inputs so that I can make an informed choice.
