Maple Aapla Ghar Sanaswadi - Ready Possession 2 BHK Flat for Sale

Visit Maple Aapla Ghar Sanaswadi - Gat No. 165, 175 & 181 Dingrajwadi, Behind Kalyani Forge, Pune Nagar Road, District Pune, Maharashtra – 412207:

It's my brother in law's flat.

He didn't consult me while booking it.

He didn't ask my advice about selling it.

He just asked me to visit it with him. In his car.

Since I enjoy visiting housing projects, I visited it with him.

And you know what?

I enjoyed visiting Aapla Ghar Sanaswadi.

I enjoyed it because the visit was not about Maple Group. Not about Aapla Ghar Sanaswadi. It was about my brother in law. Kedar.

Kedar wants to sell this investment property and reduce his liabilities.

Which is certainly a smart & people friendly decision.

He has taken the risk of booking it when there wasn't anything at the site.

There was a huge uncertainty about completion & possession.

But the one who will buy his ready possession flat today has to take minimum risk.

Everything is there in black & white. One can inspect and decide.

Giving someone this type of an opportunity is certainly a people friendly decision.

If a few people follow Kedar and decide to sell their investment properties, for sure, builders in Pune can go on a long vacation.

And the builders in Pune know that going on a vacation is better than going down.

So to help Kedar,
to motivate the investors who want to sell their second property,
and of course, to let the builders in Pune go on a long vacation,
I am posting this photo blog of my visit to Aapla Ghar Sanaswadi.
Have look at these photos.
Visit the site on your own.
And then contact Kedar on 85510 65120.

By the way, don't seek my advice about buying it.
Entire Pune real estate market knows that I only know about the properties in PMC & PCMC limits.

  1. Liked the pics Ravi, it shows how tarzans are also buying flats now based on the location !

"If a few people follow Kedar and decide to sell their investment properties, for sure, builders in Pune can go on a long vacation."

    - A flat in adjoining society where I am staying was being quoted for 1.27 Cr in Jan-Feb this year, now it's for 90L nego & still no buyers.

When you can rent the flat from money from interest earned on money required for downpayment of the flat, why buy ?

Forget builders, several hoarders have went on long vacation & in coming time you will find lot of builders being disappeared. One recent eg. is DSK.

Could you please let us know the name of that society so that we can take an example from that?

  5. Maple Apla Ghar Sanaswadi IS GOT ONE OF THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN GOVERNMENT OFFICES ARE 100 TIMES BETTER THAN Maple EMPLOYEES.
There is Mrs Dixit who takes care of that project. She didn't even understand English properly and she is the overall incharge of that project. She speaks rudely to the customer n if you call her she will say she have a pain and she cannot talk over the phone. No one responds to your concerns even the top management.
Think twice before you buy a flat there..
Top management are less bothered to solve issues about those customers who bought flat there.
    Horrible experience.
