Come Home to Hubby Culture:

A hubby who loves his wife will go for Kunal Aspiree. Even before visiting the site, I was almost convinced. Only because of it's location.

A loving hubby will feel safe to keep his darling wife in this neighborhood. I felt so at every step from Vijayadashami Dasara Chowk a.k.a. Elite Chowk to Kunal Aspiree at Balewadi.

When I saw the model of the project and the sample flat,
I realized that a hubby who will book a flat in Kunal Aspiree,
would not only be loving but also must be full of life, well-groomed and highly cultured.

Pointing at the model, the sales executive said,"Kunal Aspiree is not just a property. It's a concept. Not a mere housing project. Kunal Apiree is a way of life - a culture. A husband is the center of this concept - culture - and at Kunal Aspiree - an entire life - is planned around the husband - the head of family. So that - the husband can sow and harvest - "

"Babies?," I said.

"Bountiful happiness!," the sales executive said.

Pointing at the 25 amenities on the model, the sales executive said, "Since the husband is the focus - center - of the culture - at Kunal Aspiree, we call it "hubby-culture". In our "hubby-culture", wife is looked after well. Because wife is husband's prized possession. A fertile land to cultivate husband's family. Current - as well as - Fixed - asset of a husband. Obviously, only a husband has a right to see the body of his wife. Right? To prevent other males from enjoying her bare flesh - at Kunal Aspiree we have a separate covered swimming pool for the wife!"

"Oh! That's great!!," I said.

"That's not all! There are many more things which will pamper, protect and pleasure a wife!," the sales executive said.

"Oh! Now I understand why there are 2 staircases and 2 lifts in your building!," pointing at the floor plan of Kunal Aspiree, I said.

"Add to it - the 25,000 sq.ft. of rooftop recreational space - and look at the floor plans - a kitchen of a 3 BHK Flat is - 12 feet 4 inches x 8 feet 2 inches - and a dry terrace - 5 feet 8 inches x 8 feet 6 inches - even a kitchen of a 2 BHK Flat is nearly of the same size - in fact, you can see, a dry terrace of a 2 BHK Flat is bigger - 9'4" x 4'9"! Don't you think a wife will love to spend her life in this kitchen?," the sales executive said.

"But it would have been better if the master bedrooms had been little bigger than 12' x 11' - 10'4" x 11'," I said.

"Look at the flat number 1 - isn't 12'10" x 14'9" & 10'10" x 14'5" big master-bedroom? By the way, why bother about the size of a bedroom when you have a right over your wife's body?," the sales executive said.

"Means, a husband can have a wife anywhere?," I asked.

"Yes! Welcome to hubby-culture. Come home to Kunal Aspiree. Where a wife does not have the right over her own body, but her husband does," the sales executive said.

  2. Mr.Ravi, what the hell you have written in this blog. It seems you are no longer real estate blogger but a pervert & insane person who doesn't even understand beautiful relation of Husband & Wife....it is not about her & his body...its about emotions, love, sentiments.
Stop this real estate blog and start writing porn stories...you can write much better stories it seems.
Property buyers like us follow your blog just to get some valuable information about any project...
My appeal to all my friends and property buyers from Pune...stop following this insane person he is FAALTU copywriter & doesn't know about real estate.
Moreover takes money from Builders & developers to write positive word about their project. He is nothing but a PROFESSIONAL BLOGGER CUM BROKER...Hell with you Ravi!!!

    1. Dear Amit, the question raised was about the planning of the project based on 'dominance & ownership' of a husband in a marital relationship.

Those who believe in 'equality & respect' wont like this property.

However, I think, you have missed this point.

    2. Mr. Bapat, take a hike. Don't speak for everyone. If you want to go back to your "Sadashiv Pethi" wada, and spend the rest of your life as a hypocrite, then do that - but DO NOT give us advice. We enjoy Ravi's blogs, including his humor. Besides, looks like you forgot that his blog is free. It is not a paid service, so if you don't like it, take a hike. He has not invited you.
Mr. Karandikar, please ignore this moron and others like him. A strong silent majority enjoys your blogs. I wanted to put a voice to this majority.

      Please, read this:

  5. Mr. Ravi,
I am reading ur blog regularly. Pl do not make it readable by adding unwanted things in it. Make it knowledgeable. You are a senior person and hopefully mature. Everybody can't visit each launch, therefore they are reading such blogs. No body would like to read such words - which you very often write.
If you are sincere in your work more &more netizens may follow you. But if you keep on entertaining them by such means they may leave you .

  10. This blog entry is a little bit on the vulgar side. But I would consider the field and the people that author has to move around with in order to get the information (which I guess everyone would agree is valuable information most of the time). On the few occasions that I have visited the property fairs or real estate projects, I have found the vulgarity much more stark. The vulgarity is that of lust and greed for money with total contempt for anything else, including livelihoods and lives of others, as this very author pointed out in an earlier entry regarding the Shindewadi incident. And that vulgarity, even though not related to sex, is much more insufferable at least to me. So I would treat this as a minor blip on the author's part and keep coming back to read new entries.

    1. I had just profiled the target property buyer - according to the builder.

Some took it as my personality. My views.

      It happens.

  11. I can understand the humor here. But what about those who don't? There is a thin line between vulgarity and humor. this blog definitely tends towards vulgar. Imagine if someone wrote like this about men. As some 'wise' readers have mentioned even if your blog is not sensational, they would read it. Wouldn't it be better then, to avoid this genre of sarcasm?

      I don't know.
Dear Swati, I don't do it intentionally.
      I am 'water'.
What you see is the personality of the builder's target property buyer.
You are angry with the builder.
Your dislike is for the property.

Kunal also seems to have learnt (in a wrong way) to market their projects. What a pathetic concept to sell, really where are we headed.
