Tanaji Malusare City, Karjat - application form for the first 2,500 three lakh rupee flats will be available from August 12, 2008

300 sq.ft. flat at an unbelievable property rate of Rs.999 per sq.ft.:

As per the information i received from the customer care telephone number +91 22 6772 7100 of Tanaji Malusare City at Karjat, advertisement will be released in the newspapers informing the places where you can get an application form for booking a three lakh rupee flat (like Tata Nano, one lakh rupee car!). Price of an application form is Rs. 100. TMC has not appointed any agency to sell the forms. You will get 3 weeks to fill up and submit your form. You have to fill the form carefully because only completely filled forms will be eligible for the lottery.

1 person can apply for only 1 apartment:

There is an eligibility criteria for booking a flat in Tanaji Malusare City. You have to be an Indian citizen and your age should be above 18 years. Most important is "A person can apply for only one apartment". Because when we hear word "lottery", we are temped to apply for more numbers to optimize the possibility of getting a flat.

"How many forms are you going to sell?" i asked the customer care because in the first phase only 2,500 flats are available for booking. The kind of response i am getting for my blogs on Tanaji Malusare City has convinced me that within no time forms will be sold out.

If you submit more than 1 application form, your all forms will be rejected:

I am blogging this by referring to the website and as per the information i have received from the customer care. I am not a representative or an associate of Tanaji Malusare City in anyway. I know, there is no need for this "disclaimer" because most of you are coming from Digg and you all are aware about blogging.

Point is, please, visit the website for the official info about Eligibility, Allotment Procedure and Payment Schedule. Please, share any additional info and updates in the comments with all of us.

(To know about my other blogs, please, visit my Google group, Ravi Karandeekar's Pune Real Estate Blog Group.) After all, launching of first phase is just the beginning of Tanaji Malusare City. Total project is of 100 acre and 15,000 flats. I am sure, this real estate project is going be become more popular than Nanded City Pune on Sinhagad Road and my upcoming township based on "Swim to Work" concept.

  1. hi ravi
i am regular reader of your blogs and I like them
i feel this post about TMC is totally irrelevant here..because I feel people who are ready to buy a 300 sq ft flat would not be reading blogs. this scheme is just like a slum rehabilation scheme

  3. Realty firms seem to have lost their appetite for properties in Kolkata, where developers such as Emaar MGF Land Ltd and DLF Ltd were fighting to secure plots for building luxury hotels. For the first time, a tender to lease out a prime 10-acre plot on the western fringes of the city is being scrapped because there was only one bidder. The Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA) had invited bids for two more properties, but the response to each was poor. KMDA officials had claimed that developers such as Emaar MGF and DLF had enquired about the properties, but none of them bid even for the 10-acre plot, which was to be leased for building a five-star hotel. Less than a year ago, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) had set a new benchmark by buying a five-acre property on the eastern fringes of Kolkata for Rs276.20 crore, or Rs55.24 crore an acre. LIC has since announced it would build 50-storey towers on the plot.A KMDA official, who didn’t want to be named, confirmed that the tender for the 10-acre plot would be cancelled, but he wasn’t sure what would be done with the bids for the other two plots— one measuring five acres and the other 2.7 acres. “The bids aren’t attractive, but we haven’t decided yet,” he added. For more view- realtydigest.blogspot.com
