ReplyDeleteI am from Pune, I have booked my falt in Sept 2011 at the time of agreement Builder didn't talked about Service Tax and Vat. Now at the time of possession Sept 2013 builder asking to pay Service tax and vat with interest... :( That is really surprise and unexpected...
Builder didn't intimate about this before suddenly he asked to pay. I have paid Service Tax and Vat when he demanded and I am refusing to pay interest...
In this case builder told me if you not paid Interest there will be problem in possession...
Sir kindly request guide me how to handle this situation....
