In case of a murder or an armed robbery it is easy for police to understand & accept that a crime has been committed.

But not so in an economic offence.

That's why DSK Fixed Deposit Holders had to struggle a lot to convince the police that Hemanti & D S Kulkarni - popularly known as Bunty & Babli - have committed a crime against them.

But last Saturday evening, 65 year old Jitendra Narayan Mulekar succeeded in convincing Economic Offences Wing of Pune Police that Hemanti & DSK have committed a crime against him by not paying interest and not repaying his fixed deposit amount.

That's why the Deputy Commissioner Mr. Sudhir Hiremath issued orders to register an FIR with Shivajinagar Police Station and assigned Senior Inspector Sanjay Kurundkar to investigate the case.

In case of Temple Rose Scam, Mr. Hiremath didn't only give orders to register an FIR but he had immediately sent police to Mumbai and had arrested the scamster Devidas Sajnani.

However, this time police did not arrest DSK & Hemanti. They just summoned Bunty & Babli and interrogated them.

This only proves that the police needs more convincing.

The best way to do it is to file maximum number of complaints. Because the police needs strong proof.

How can police come to know the scale of the crime unless all F D Holders do not file complaints?

F D Holders told themselves.

To make the case stronger, from today, 1st November 2017, thousands of F D Holders are going to register their complaints at Economic Offences Wing, Sangam Bridge, Shivajinagar, Pune, in the prescribed form prepared by Inspector Kurunkar. (This form is available on the blog of Vijay Kumbhar)

This is all about the F D Holders.

What about the other victims of DSK?

F D Holders are not the only victims of Bunty & Babli!

What about the flat buyers in DSK projects?

Now, it's crystal clear that flat buyers are not going to get possession of their flats for which they have already paid.

DSK himself has accepted that instead of using flat buyers money to construct their flats - DSK had used it for himself - and that's why the projects are stalled for years.

It means that DSK hasn't committed economic offence only against the F D Holders but DSK has committed an economic offence against the flat buyers too.

DSK has cheated (IPC 420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property & IPC 406. Punishment for criminal breach of trust) all flat buyers in DSK Anandghan & DSK Nabhangan at DSK Vishwa, DSK Sadaphuli at Warale Talegaon, DSK Nandanvan - Mayurban - Chaitraban - Pushpaban at Pirangut, DSK Vedant at Sade Satara Nali Hadapsar and DSK Madhukosh at Andheri, Mumbai, etc.

DSK has cheated many flat buyers by not paying interest under Aadhi Ghar Paise Nantar scheme.

All of you flat buyers must join the F D Holders and register your complaints immediately.

Why?

Because this is the only way to convince the police that DSK was running a criminal enterprise for the last 10 years.

Because this is the only way to convince the judge that DSK was not a builder but a scamster.

Because this is the only way to correct your CIBIL Credit Score.

Because that is the only way to get your money back.

So, dear DSK flat buyers, register complaint against Shirish, Hemanti and D S Kulkarni today.

    This means hoarders can do nothing if builder fools them. Now these greedy hoarders will also understand pain of innocent flat buyers.
