  1. Porwal road is already overpriced..... now it is in PMC, builders will start asking for more than 1 Crore for 3 BHK.........

  2. This is couple of days old news. Wise readers should take a leaf from the news below & ensure that they don't fall in trap of proposed this & proposed that.
    Buy what you see today, if something better happens tomorrow, consider it as a bonus but don't buy based on this bonus as it's not guaranteed. This is like buying some cheap Chinese phone just because dealer is offering free scratch guard & cover !!

    Residents protest over pending Baner-Pashan Link Road project -

    On Saturday morning, residents of various housing societies living in and around Baner- Pashan Link Road joined hands for a peaceful protest to get the attention of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) to their woes. According to them, the work of the road has been pending since it was made a part of the development plan in 1992.
    The narrow road has also led to inadequate facilities like water, sewage, telecom due to lack of service lines.

    Since most of the residents here brought their houses as they were promised a link road, they have been making endless efforts to expedite the project.
