Is God against Pune builders?

Rains wash out festive mood of Navratri 2016:

Dreams Avani Manjri Budruk Residents Meet

After the weekend meet with the residents of Dreams Avani at Manjri Budruk, I have come to conclusion that God has decided to take steps to save flat buyers in Pune.

Upset with the flat buyers incompetence to follow the set of rules from booking to possession of a flat, God decided to intervene.

God knows that a small accident is always enough to awaken the flat buyers who have taken illegal - possession without completion & occupancy certificate.

The cloudy dark sky and continues light rains are enough to discourage the people from visiting Times East Pune Property Exhibition, Maharashtra Times Land Expo or Sairung Land Expo.

"Everyone is against the builders in Pune - Police - Government - National Green Tribunal - even God - rains washed out all hopes of revival of market" - looking around the empty property exhibition, one senior salesperson said.

"How can you say so about God - look at those stalls - Darode Jog Properties' Q Homes at Kharadi - Sairung Land Equity Expo 2016 - if God is against builders - how come these stalls are here?" - I said.

"Then why is it raining at the beginning of festive season?," the senior salesperson said.

"Because God wants to save his children from the builders," I said.

  3. Hello Ravi,
Yes, you are right. These exhibitions were super flop. Good that third class cheat builders are getting straight signal from buyers.

This is latest news how another Pune builder cheated buyers by selling plots which didn't even belong to him.

Demolition comes knocking as pvt players usurp forest dept land :

If you are a Punekar aspiring for a piece of the verdant hills surrounding the city, please run your checks carefully before you pitch that investment. Investors in Kundalika Valley — a project offering farm plots — ensconced close to the Tamhini Wildlife Sanctuary, were delivered a rude shock on Thursday, when the forest department knocked down several installations at the site, which has encroached on land owned by the forest department.

The project, spread over 192 acres, offers 240 farm plots of 11,000 square feet each, at the price of approximately Rs 20 lakh. A billboard outside the site proudly offered the clients “clear title” plots.
