    1. As mentioned in earlier Ravi's blog, the chances of builder running away after taking money & abandoning project can't be ruled out.
The solution is to buy ready for possession flat with all approvals or stay on rent.

  2. RBI Guv R Rajan has again hit back to crooks - the builders asking them to reduce prices of properties.

Raghuram Rajan asks realtors to slash prices to garner demand :

This is not the first time Rajan has asked the real estate sector to slash rates; the RBI Guv had done so last year too.

It is very much clear that prices were driven out of greed of builders & hoarders. These thugs have fallen in their own trap & so to raise money, start such ponzi schemes.
It will be exciting to see how many thugs- the builders can be seen in market after prices fall by atleast 50%.

    Ravi,
Came to know several contractors had high decibel heated argument with a so called major thug (builder) in Pune about a month ago as builder defaulted on contractors payment. This builder has already been covered by you, so I think it will be easy for readers also to understand. This crook is also part of crime syndicate CREDAI.
Infact, I would have liked to name the thug straight away but this crook would have again gone to file a FIR ! Samazdaar ko ishaara kaafi hota hain.
