    Even with few projects from reputed builders, this new builder seems to be confident about his project.
    I would like to know your views about development of this area in terms of infrastruture wise(roads, water,public transport, electricity). I see there are few projects from so called reputed builders already in completed/launched/launching soon category. If this area falls under pcmc, builders maybe eyeing this area of abundant land for great opportunity for their business.. what would be the prospect for its development?
