Last weekend at the launch of The Address, Mr. Anil Bhagwani, Director, Adi Group (www.adigroup.in) told me very proudly - Ravi Karandeekar, we have launched this project after obtaining all sanctions & approvals - Environmental Clearance - full & complete PCMC sanctions - and have received APF numbers from the major banks.
You know what?
At that point of time, I found, Mr. Anil Bhagwani very sexy.
More sexy than any builder in Pune real estate market.
More sexy than his own brand ambassador Chitrangada Singh.

ReplyDeleteI am following your blogs since last 6 months or so.
I am in deep trouble with my Flat booking in “The Address” waked. I booked 2BHK flat with 3 Lac as a booking amount on 02-Mar-15.
But due to my personal/financial emergencies, I decided to cancel the booking. I informed over phone to The Address sales person within 15 days. I personally met Mr. Anil Bhagwani and sales guy to put my cancellation request on 19-Mar-15.
Now they are asking me to pay INR 50K in cash (as a cancellation charges) to get my refund check of INR 3 Lac.
This project is in Per-launch stage and I have cancelled my booking within 15 days. Still builder is asking this big amount. Please let me know your inputs how to tackle this issue and get back my INR 3 Lac.

ReplyDeleteI am planning to book a flat in "The Address". I wanted to buy a ready possession 2bhk in wakad but this project seems to be on track and will be handed over to customers on time after looking at the stage of construction.
Now, the only thing I am worried about is "the builder" .
After reading on a real estate forum I learned that this builder demanded some random money from customers just before giving the possession. Also, he did not pay the electricity bill for the usage during construction.
Do you think this sexy builder is still trust worthy?

DeleteHi ravi i am looking to buy in adi address wakad. They r saying they will give me open reserve parking. But i have read in forums that the same will not be written in agreement nd might create problem since all open spaces are under society administration.. pls suggest me on this like what is semi covered ,covered and open parking nd what are legal proof for the same in agreement btwn builder nd buyer
